Service Description

This is a more in-depth version of the 30-minute follow-up in which we take stock of how your personal nutrition-and-lifestyle prescription is working out for you. Opportunities to tailor more comprehensive diet and wellbeing goals will be explored vis-a-vis reassessment of your personal aims for your improving health outcomes. Functional/ diagnostic tests may also be recommended to monitor therapeutic intervention efficacy via bloodwork, blood glucose assessment and other specific evaluations.
